Adoption Process & Fees

• The adoption process is multi-step and can take about two weeks once the application is received.
• All animals are kept in foster homes; meetings with the dog are scheduled after application approval.
• Adoption fees start at $325 for dogs.
• Requirements include:
  • Applicants must be at least 25 years old
  • Pets already in the home must be up to date on vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm prevention, etc.
  • If you rent, you must provide landlord contact for approval.
  • No holds until the application is approved; transport after adoption is the adopter’s responsibility if out of state.
